Perry volleyball was eliminated in the first round of Regionals last week.  That wrapped up the first season for Lynn Hulgan as the Jayettes volleyball coach.  It was a successful year for Perry winning 16 games.  That’s the most wins for Perry in a decade.  Coach Hulgan looks back on the season and how her team played.  “This is very recent so I would say South Hamilton game two and three.  Game two, we battled point for point taking it all the way to 27-25 I believe that the ending score is either 25-27 or 26 28 and then we came out the third one and we kind of lost our energy.  Game two and three that roller coaster that we’ve experienced it kind of encompasses our season but coming back into it we battled.”

Perry finished the year 16-18 and 2-7 in the Heart of Iowa Conference.
