Perry football had their season end on Friday night.  The Bluejays fell to Creston, 72-13.  The season started with so much promise as Perry sat at 2-1 after three weeks.  The Bluejays would fall in the remaining 6 games to finish the year at 2-7.  The skid began in the Homecoming game to Storm Lake and continued through all the District games.  The playoff drought reaches another year as Perry hasn’t made the playoffs since 2011.  New District assignments will come out in March and a brand new schedule will be put in front of the Bluejays for next season.  Perry will graduate a large group on seniors that have been through a lot during their time as Bluejays.
