Shemar Mure, age 21, 2812 E Diehl Ave, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.

A minor driver was driving in the 12000 block of Hwy 44, when the driver went onto the shoulder of the road.  In trying to get back on the roadway, the driver lost control and went into the ditch.  The driver complained of neck and back pain, but declined EMS.  The vehicle was towed privately. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $6000.

Oct. 19th

Jessie Ordonez Albino, Lincoln, NE, was traveling on I80 near the 111 mile marker, when she ran over a tire in the roadway.  The tire had fallen off a trailer being pulled by Uriel Willis, Opelika, AL.  No injuries were reported and damage to Ms. Albino’s vehicle was estimated at $2000.  Damage to Mr. Willis’ trailer was estimated at $500.

Brandon Davis, age 29, 3560 E Douglas, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Theft 2nd Degree.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
