2:52pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 150 h Street and N Avenue.

3:03pm: A deputy assisted with cattle out on D Avenue near 120th Street.

5:03pm: A deputy investigated a civil issue in the 600 block of State Street, Scranton.

6:05pm: A deputy investigated a complaint of a cat being hit by a car in the 500 block of Head Street, Churdan.

6:05pm: A deputy investigated suspicious activity near 110th Street and D Avenue.

7:07pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint near 130th Street and C Avenue.

8:22pm: Jerry Fortmann 58 of Lanesboro was booked into the jail for Operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated 2nd offense.

Saturday, October 19th

1:22am: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 500 block of East Main Street, Grand Junction.

10:01am: A deputy picked up a dog near South 20th Street and East Main Street, Grand Junction.

12:26pm: A deputy investigated a civil issue in the 1100 block of 244th Street.

4:25pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 120th Street and D Avenue.

4:42pm: A deputy, Churdan Fire, and Jefferson Fire responded to a field fire on 160th Street near G Avenue.

5:41pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 230th Street near T Avenue.

5:51pm: A deputy assisted a motorist on 230th Street and J Avenue.

8:53pm: A deputy investigated a noise complaint in the 500 block of 3rd Street, Rippey.

11:00pm: A deputy assisted a motorist on S Avenue near 218th Street.

Sunday, October 20th

10:13am: A deputy investigated a missing person report in the 1900 block of 130th Street.

2:32pm: William Breidert 50 of Glidden was booked into the jail for operation of a motor vehicle without an interlock device.

3:44pm: A deputy investigated a dog complaint in the 500 block of State Street, Scranton.

7:37pm: A deputy investigated an alarm in the 1400 block of 130th Street.

9:20pm: A deputy investigated a noise complaint in the 900 block of Cedar Street, Scranton.

9:52pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on N Avenue near 170th Street.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
