The AC/GC Chargers have had great results in the past week.

The volleyball team competed in the West Central Activities Conference tournament Monday and Tuesday, taking third place after beating Pleasantville 2-0, falling against Van Meter 2-0, and then winning against Woodward-Granger 2-0. Thursday the cross country teams hosted the WCAC meet, and the boys came in fourth with the girls securing 5th. Ava Campbell, Gavin Sloss and Preston Kent all received All-Conference recognitions. Friday night the football team hosted the Southwest Valley Timberwolves in the final regular season game, and came out on top with a big 40-14 victory. The volleyball team was back in action Saturday, as they attended a tournament hosted by Woodward-Granger. Head Coach Barb South says that the team lost only once during pool play, but when it came to rankings for the tournament were able to take home the top spot.
