4:11am: A deputy investigated a dog running at large complaint in the 200 block of South 19th Street, Grand Junction.

4:52am: A deputy investigated an abandoned 911 call near Kelly Street and Bennet Street, Grand Junction.

2:44pm: A deputy investigated a dog running at large complaint in the 1100 block of Lincoln Street, Scranton.

5:37pm: A deputy investigated a single vehicle accident on 150th Street and U Avenue. John Jones of Boone struck a railroad crossing arm with a 2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer. The estimated damage to the vehicle is 1,000 dollars. The estimated damage to the crossing arms is 1,000 dollars.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
