8:25am: Billie Hovick 50 of Carroll was booked into the jail for fraudulent practices in the 1st degree.

12:48pm: The Sheriff investigated a theft in the 400 block of L Avenue.

4:29pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near 222nd Street. Bryan Woodward of Palo was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence 1st offense.

6:30pm: A deputy investigated suspicious activity in the 400 block of East Hager Street, Grand Junction.

6:40pm: A deputy picked up a found wallet in the 700 block of Hill Street, Churdan.

9:24pm: Bryan Woodward 61 of Palo was booked into the jail for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence 1st offense.

Thursday, October 17th

4:11am: A deputy investigated a dog running at large complaint in the 200 block of South 19th Street, Grand Junction.

4:52am: A deputy investigated an abandoned 911 call near Kelly Street and Bennet Street, Grand Junction.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
