Republican candidate for Dallas County Attorney Matt Schultz outlines his process of dealing with criminal cases.

Schultz tells Raccoon Valley Radio that there’s not a situation he is not willing to take to a jury trial. He reveals that he prioritizes criminal cases based on victims, and believes to keep them at the forefront during a trial.

“They’re the ones who suffered in these crimes, especially when we look at sex abuse, domestic violence, (and) child endangerment, it’s the most vulnerable people in our communities being terrorized. And so, I look at crime from that standpoint, and I’m tough.”

He stresses that if he’s elected, he will not overlook any predicament and take time to appropriately analyze all the evidence. Schultz is running against Democratic candidate Meggan Guns to fill a vacancy for Dallas County Attorney in the November Election on November 5th.
