Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Volleyball Head Coach Trevor Irwin speaks on the extraordinary senior class apart of the 2024 team.

Irwin tells Raccoon Valley Radio that this year’s seniors were the first group of girls he started coaching at ADM. Irwin acknowledges that he’s been grateful to be able to witness the young ladies growth over the last four years.

“They have really did a great job on taking charge and being good leaders. All of them are on our leadership counsel that the girls vote on at the beginning of the year, so we have great discussions on leadership and how we want our team to look, and looking back, what kind of experience did you want to create for everyone in our program.”

He adds that the girls come to the gym in anticipation of improving themselves and other teammates. The seniors on ADM feature Calli Seehase, London Warmuth, Addison Herrick, Madi James, and Payton Taylor. The Tigers will compete in the final regular season game tonight at Winterset High School, beginning at 7:15pm.
