Postseason assignments have been announced for High School Cross Country.  Perry will be sent to Ames as they hope to qualify for the State Meet.  13 schools will be racing in the Coed State Qualifier in Ames at the Iowa State XC Course on Wednesday, October 23.  The Bluejays and Jayettes race in 3A as there are 5 different State Qualifying sites across the state.  Last season, Perry had one individual reach the State Tournament, Yonas Andemichael.  The former Bluejay is having a successful senior year now at North Polk.  This season Perry will hope to have someone qualify with a strong performance at Iowa State on Wednesday, October 23.
