4:56am: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 700 block of Madison Street, Scranton.

4:56am: Dale Spaulding 56 of Scranton was booked into the jail for assault.

12:28pm: A deputy, Greene County Ambulance, and Jefferson Fire responded to a two-vehicle accident on Neola Avenue near 320 th Street. Richie Tague of Coon Rapids was traveling North on Neola Avenue and pulled over to the shoulder in a semi with a grain trailer. Timothy Cummings of Grand Junction was also traveling north on Neola Avenue in a semi with a grain trailer. Cummings went to pass Tague. Tague turned out in front of Cummings. Both semi’s were totaled in the accident. One of the drivers was transported with minor injuries. Taque was issued a citation for failure to signal.

2:22pm: A deputy assisted the Guthrie County Sheriff’s Office with an arrest in the 600 Wood Road, Jamaica.

3:45pm: Teresa Rivera 34 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for criminal mischief 5th degree.

4:46pm: A deputy investigated a suspicious person in the 1000 block of Fitzpatrick Street, Churdan.

4:59pm: A deputy assisted with an unruly patron in the 1100 block of 244th Street.

6:49pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check on 220th Street and L Avenue.

6:49pm: A deputy assisted with a medical call on 235th Street near Q Avenue.

8:07pm: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 500 block of 5th Street, Rippey.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
