The Stuart City Council will meet in regular session Monday.

The Council will consider for approval 2025 Stuart Town Clean Up dates. They will also consider for approval a partial payment to McAninch Corporation for $89,158.41, a potential liquidated damages assessment, trail bids and a MidAmerican gas line extension for $119,483.58, all regarding the Wambold third addition fourth housing phase.

The Council will then discuss the Bonnie and Clyde Building, and consider for approval the final plat of the Wambold third addition, stop signs and no parking zones also for the Wambold third addition, and a street sweeper for the Public Works Department. They will consider for approval bids for the sale of trucks from the fire department, set dates for a public hearing on an urban renewal plan amendment and a meeting to approve a development agreement with GTCR Land, LLC.

The Council will also consider for approval an ordinance amending an ordinance for the zoning supplementary district regulation, hear painting bids for the Stuart Depot from the Stuart Depot Committee, and hear from Stuart Economic Development Director Matt Funk. They will also consider for approval the 2024 Urban Renewal report, and hear from Mayor Dick Cook on the condemnation process at 611 North Gaines Street, an update on complaints for the cemetery, and the Guthrie County emergency medical services proposal.
