Visitation for Mildred Jensen, age 94, of Waukee, will be from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. with a time of sharing starting at 12:30 p.m., Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at the Caldwell Parrish Funeral Home in Adel.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family or De Soto Public Library.

Mildred is survived by her children; Julie Carroll of Ames; son, Randy (Debbie) Jensen of Lenexa, KS; sister, Barbara Kaldenberg Bettis; grandchildren, Jesse (dec.) (Sheilah Oltmans-Deardorff) Jennifer (Ian) Carle, Jessica (Russell) Downey, Courtney (Alex) Thomas; great-grandchildren, Cline Downey, Olivia Downey, Claire Deardorff and Owen Deardorff.
