It’s Greene County at West Marshall in State Center tonight in Heart of Iowa Activities Conference volleyball. Coach Chris Heisterkamp’s Rams are 10-11 overall and 3-1 in the conference while the Trojans are 9-18 on the season, but 5-1 in the HOIAC. Roland-Story (Story City) is unbeaten in the conference and Nevada has a five set loss to R-S as their only conference blemish. Tonight’s Greene County at WM match will keep the winning team in the hunt for a conference title, while the team that loses will remain in the league’s upper division, but not still in contention for a conference title.

The Rams are coming off a 2-2 day and an appearance in the semifinals of their own Ram Invitational on Saturday in Jefferson. The victories were over ACGC and Carroll High. The losses were to tournament champion Van Meter and to runner-up Carlisle.
