A busy stretch of high school cross-country meets begins today for the Greene County Rams. Coach Jeff Lamoureux’s girls and boys squads run at the Perry Golf & Country Club Course just north of that community for the Leon Fox Invitational. The Rams also have meets Oct. 8, 10, and 14, then have some training time before the postseason begins.

Fans should note they are to park at Perry High School and ride shuttle buses to the golf course. A fee of five dollars per person in cash only will also be charged to be admitted.

The Greene County boys have been led all season by two-time State Meet qualifier Noah Hinote. The top runner for the Greene County girls is freshman Rylee Mowrer.
