Unit 1 Massimo T-Boss UTV driven by a 12 yoa female. Parents are Nathan and Mackenzie Brokaw. Of 1800 Jones St.

Unit 2 Black 2019 Cadillac driven by Paul South

Unit 1 was driving west on Jones St and crossing over 8th St when Unit 2 who had the right of way struck drivers side middle with their front bumper middle. Possible citations will be issued to Unit 1.

Report of harassment taken from the 800 blk of 18th St. Spoke to suspect who will cease communication.

Accident report made from the 2200 blk of Lucinda. No injuries.

Unit 1 2021 gray BMW owner/Sanchez Zamora, Darwing Paul of 2206 Lucinda. Approx $700 damage. Unit 2 2011 red Toyota Camry owned by Loaiza, Amado of 2209 Lucinda St.

Approx $250 damage. Upon officers’ arrival, unit 1 was gone from scene. Unit 2 advised unit 1 was backing out of the driveway striking unit 2. Unit 1 then left the area. Later contact was made with Unit 1 who admitted fault.

Domestic disturbance coming from the 2800 blk of 1a St. Verbal altercation only, no charges.

Arrest: 17 yoa male of Granger, IA charged with Drug Tax Stamp Violations, Drug Traffic 100-1,000kg Marijuana and Possession of Controlled Substance- Marijuana 1o.

Sex abuse report taken from the 1200 blk of Bateman St. Case under investigation. Charges pending.

Firework report taken from the 1300 blk of 2nd St. UTL on anyone shooting off fireworks.

Fraud report made from the 2900 blk of Willis Ave. Loss $100. Case under investigation.

Arrest: Travis, Aaveyohn Akeem Age 22 of 2508 Perry Park Ave Apt 306. Charged with Sex Abuse 2nd VIC <12 yoa 1″, Lasciviolus Acts W/child- Fondle/Touch and Drug Distribution Violation.

Arrest: Espnoza-Flores, Fredy Guillermo Age 22 Adr/ 3309-107 Mckinley St, charged with Dallas County Warrant for Failure to Appear on original Driving while Suspended.

Accident reported at 9th/Willis Ave. No injuries.

Unit 1 White 2011 Chevy Silverado, driven by Puente Del Obre, Domingo of 1620 2nd St. Damage $1000 Unit 2 Silver 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Driven by Theilen, Ronald of 1502 16th St. Approx damage $5000 Unit 2 stated he was traveling west bound near the intersection of Willis Ave/9th St. when unit 1 struck the side of his vehicle as unit 1 was watching a vehicle ahead of unit 2 that was allegedly struck by another vehicle and swerved into unit 2’s lane. Unit 1 stated he was traveling east bound near the intersection of

Willis Ave/9th St. when he struck the driver side of unit 2’s ‘vehicle. Unit 1’s vehicle was 2500 HD Chevy Silverado with Motor Kars temp plates. Both given a driver exchange information.

Hit and Run accident reported in the 800 blk of 2nd St. No injuries.

Unit 1 2005 Nissan NPR box truck, driven by Santacruz, Rene David of 623 3d 5t. Approx damage $250 Unit 2 2011 Chev Equinox owned by Stalzer, Dana Marie of 807 2nd St.

Approx damage $2000. Unit 1 Struck the front drivers side quarter panel and bumper

Unit 2 observed as her vehicle was struck by unit 1 as they attempted to enter a parking area of the street. Struck front drivers quarter panel and bumper.

It should be noted that all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
