On Monday the Dallas Center-Grimes Mustangs fall golf team traveled to Ottumwa to Cedar Creek Golf Course for the Ottumwa Golf Quad. The Mustangs were very successful at Cedar Creek, placing first overall as a team with a final team score of 303 strokes, just 3 strokes away from Indianola in second.

In the 18 hole low final score, sophomore Avery Van Zelderen placed second with a score of 71 strokes. Sophomore Dylan Jarchow would tie for fifth with a score of 76 strokes with Gavin Drake and Jackson Zeller tying for eighth place with a score of 78 strokes.
