The Guthrie County Board of Supervisors meets in regular session today.

The Board will consider for approval the effective date of Iowa Communities Assurance Pool (ICAP) coverage with information from State Street Insurance Owner Becky Benton. They will also hear an update from Northland Securities Public Finance Representative Chip Schultz on bonds held by the County.

The Board will then consider for approval a fiscal year 2024-25 budget appropriation for the Sheriff’s Office, then do a final review of the presentation materials for the Emergency Medical Services ballot measure for the November election. The meeting begins at 9am in the Board of Supervisors Room in the Guthrie County Courthouse. For those unable to attend in person, there is a digital option available via Microsoft Teams.
