Arrest: Richard Lee Peterson Jr, age 47, 1236 E 35 th St., Des Moines, Iowa, was arrested on an Adel original
warrant for Operating while Intoxicated.

It should be noted that all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
