The high school football season is just three weeks old, but Perry has already won as many games this season as last year.  The Bluejays beat Ogden on Friday, 23-6.  Perry used three long touchdowns in the victory.  Kenney accounted for all three scores.  He threw for the first.  It was a 40 yard pass to Drahos.  He rushed for the other two.  Both scores were from 67 yards away.  The defense played great surrendering just 6 points.  Newhouse had 2 sacks and Drahos had a pick.  Kenney threw for 102 yards and rushed for 149.  Drahos had a team high 95 receiving yards.

The Bluejays sit at 2-1 entering the final non district game of the year.  Storm Lake will be in Perry Friday night for Homecoming.  Dewey Field will host the contest and KDLS will have the broadcast.
