Seniors in Guthrie County can receive a new pair of shoes specially designed for them thanks to the RSVP 55+ Volunteer Program.

These shoes are lightweight, anti-slip with Velcro fasteners. Women with size 12 feet or men’s size 14 and 15 shoes will receive athletic footwear. Individuals that get shoes will also receive a “Hope Tote” bag with other items. Registration to get a pair of shoes must be completed by Tuesday, and the shoes will be given out on October 17th at the First United Methodist Church in Guthrie Center from 1:30-2:30pm.
