Funeral services for Justin Wayne Skaggs, age 24, of Perry, will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, September 16, 2024 with visitation one hour prior beginning at 11:00 a.m. all at the Caldwell Parrish Funeral Home, Perry Chapel at 1721 Park Street, Perry, Iowa 50220. Interment will follow in the Violet Hill Cemetery in Perry. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.

He is survived by his two sons, Saige and Matao Skaggs; his mother, Karla Laws Schuiteman; his father, Terry Skaggs; his brother, Austin Skaggs; as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and a multitude of other relatives and friends.
