A reminder that a fun event is happening with the Bouton Fire Department today.

The fire department is hosting a brand new carnival this afternoon in the City of Bouton. According to Bouton Fire Department Treasurer Kelly Alliss, the carnival will help fundraise money for the organization. She says the event will have a dunk tank, a petting zoo, carnival games, prizes, and plenty of food featuring hot dogs, pork sandwiches, chips, cotton candy, and ice cream. 

Alliss notes that proceeds from the carnival will help purchase a third bay for the fire department. The carnival is taking place in the city park this afternoon from 2-7pm. Tickets can be bought at the event.
