With Homecoming Week next week for the Greene County School District, students are reminded to not get out of bounds with their behavior.

Superintendent Brett Abbotts says while Homecoming Week brings lots of activities and some shenanigans, he urges students to not let that get out of hand.

“We want to encourage our students to be safe, and make smart choices, and know that their actions can have additional consequences that we really don’t want them to have. A lot of the things that they’re going to do are all in good fun, and good faith, and so keep it that way.”   

Abbotts hopes everyone has a fun-filled week and enjoys all of the festivities in a responsible manner, while also being respectful. The 2024 “Out Of This World” Homecoming Week is September 15th-21st.
