The West Central Valley Wildcat volleyball team traveled to Guthrie Center yesterday for the Charger Triangular. The Wildcats faced off against the ACGC Chargers and the Exira-EHK Spartans but unfortunately would fall to both teams in two matches. The Wildcats battled the Spartans first, and found the same score in both matches, 21-13 in favor of the Spartans. Looking to bounce back, the Wildcats then faced off against the Chargers, but found the same result with the first match score being 21-12 then 21-14 in the second match giving the Chargers the win.

Now at 0-4 in the season, the Wildcats look for their first win on Saturday as West Central Valley travels to Clarinda for the Clarinda Volleyball Tournament. The Wildcats face off against West Monona first with the first match set to begin at 9am at the Clarinda High School Gym.
