The Guthrie County Fair is going on, with many fun activities.

Raccoon Valley Radio’s Big Red Radio is at the fairgrounds today from 10am to 6pm, and will be on site tomorrow as well from 10am to 6pm. Things start off with the cribbage tournament at the Events Center beginning at 7am, with the 4-H and FFA swine show in the show ring starting at 8am. There will also be an antique tractor display at the south end of the fairgrounds from 8am to 5pm, with the 4-H and FFA horse show in the East Arena at 8:30am, with the open class horse show to follow.

At 9am open ag exhibit judging begins, and the 4-H/FFA Education Center opens from 10am to 6pm. The sheep and goat show starts at 12:30pm, with the open class to follow in the show ring, and free carnival rides will be available from 1-10pm. The American Legion Bingo Stand will be open from 3pm to fair close for the night, with the Clover Kids Show at the show ring beginning at 3:30pm.

From 4-6pm Acoustic Roads will be performing at The Little Amphitheater, and at 5:30pm mutton busting will begin at the Grandstands. To finish off the night, the Grand River Rodeo will be performing in the Grandstands beginning at 7pm, with free admission to those wanting to attend.
