Criminal Mischief: Officers took a vandalism report in the 2700 block of Old Portland Rd.

Accident: A hit and run accident occurred in the 27000 block of Highway 6. Damage estimated at $550.00.

Accident: A two-vehicle accident occurred at the intersection of Highway 6 and R Av. Damage estimated at
$3,500.00.

Arrest: Richard Lee Peterson Jr., age 47, 1236 E 35 th St., Des Moines, Iowa was arrested Possession of Drug
Paraphernalia, Possession of Controlled Substance – marijuana, Unlawful Possession of Prescription Drug
and Theft.

Arrest: Michele Diane McCarty, age 45, 1512 Chance Ct., Adel, was arrested for Harassment.
Theft: Officers responded to a theft report in the 900 block of Main St.

Criminal Mischief: Officers responded to a report of vandalism in the 1400 block of Greene St.

Arrest: Chad Engel Visser, age 48, 3929 2 nd Av., Iowa was arrested for Driving While Barred.

Arrest: Corey Allen Robinson, age 33, 118 S 13 th St., Adel was arrested for 2 counts of Child Endangerment
and Animal Neglect.

Arrest: Angie Lynn Collins, age 46, 118 S 13 th St., Adel was arrested for 2 counts of Child Endangerment and
Animal Neglect.

It should be noted that all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
