The Adair – Casey / Guthrie Center Booster Club held their golf tournament fundraiser earlier this month.

AC/GC Superintendent Josh Rasmussen shared that during the August School Board meeting, he was able to share the results from the tournament with the Boards. He tells Raccoon Valley Radio that not only was there golf, but also an auction with the dinner that night, and shares what the organization was able to collect.

“Booster Club had a very successful golf tournament on August 3rd, and they raised nearly $25,000 to support all of our district activities and programs..

Rasmussen mentions that he wants to thank all the Booster members that helped with setting everything up, from organizing the tournament to running it the day of the event. He adds that he knows the group is also looking forward to what they might be able to do in the future to try and schedule even more great events.
