Photos belong to ADM Girls Track & Field

The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Girls Track & Field Team was recently recognized in an annual event for their accomplishments this past Spring.

The Tigers had an opportunity to ride in the 45th Annual Adel Sweet Corn Festival Parade to celebrate their tremendous season of becoming the first team in ADM’s history to win a title. The Tigers were named the Class 3A Champions on May 18th after placing first at Drake Stadium. ADM scored 48 points, edging out both MOC-Floyd Valley and Sioux Center. The Adel Sweet Corn Festival was on August 10th and many athletes from the 2024 team rode on the float sporting pink state championship shirts.

Some of the girls in attendance included Lauren Hagedorn, Kennedy Stanford, Makayla Crannell, Calli Seehase, Aniston Tollari, Jada Grove, Madi James, London Warmuth, Lauryn Troster, Madelyn Roundcount, amongst others. The Tigers graduated nine seniors from the 2024 championship team.

The Boys Golf Team also won the Class 3A Championship a few days following and can be pictured behind the girls in the photo above.
