The public is invited to the next Java and Juice in Jefferson program with a non-profit organization.

Jefferson Matters Executive Director Matt Wetrich says this Friday at 9:30am, Java and Juice will be at the Sierra Community Theatre. He reminds everyone to continue to support this entity, as people did when the movie theater had “Twisters” and almost every night, the theater was busy and packed.

“It’s awesome to see folks showing up, supporting the theater, (and) that’s what they need. I mean show up, buy some concessions. It’s the concessions that honestly I think really help keep them going. Spend a few bucks there gives them that opportunity to keep the doors open and keep the theater in Jefferson. That’s just what it takes is that local support.”

Wetrich adds that Java and Juice is free and lasts about 30 minutes.
