12:01am: Christopher Brotherson 55 of Breda was booked into the jail for criminal mischief 2nd degree.

1:01am: Amy Fell 40 of Van Meter was booked into the jail for possession of drug paraphernalia.

3:53am: A deputy assisted the Guthrie County Sheriff’s Office with a 911 hang up in the 1000 block of Rose Avenue, Guthrie County.

3:48pm: A deputy investigated an animal neglect complaint in the 800 block of Percival Street, Grand Junction.

3:55pm: John Knight 44 of Atlantic was booked into the jail for operating a motor vehicle without an interlock device.

5:58pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near A Avenue.

Thursday, August 1st

7:17am: A deputy investigated a criminal mischief complaint in the 2200 block of 185th Street.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
