James Harney, Woodward, was traveling on T Ave when the trailer he was pulling had a mechanical failure.  The motorcycles he was towing fell into the ditch and the trailer jackknifed causing damage.  No injuries were reported.  Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $1500.  The motorcycle had an estimated $1000 and the trailer was totaled.  The vehicle was towed from the scene.

Bryan Meuangsaksith, age 27, 5233 Boulder Dr, West Des Moines, was arrested for Driving While License Denied Or Revoked and Driving While License Under Suspension.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
