The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Volleyball team gets the 2024 season underway towards the end of August anticipating a good carryover from last year’s tremendous season.

The fall season for sports is under a month away as the new school year approaches quickly, with Tigers Volleyball on the horizon. During the 2023 season, ADM finished with an overall record of 27-4 (8-0 inside the Raccoon River Conference; 1st Place), losing in the state tournament Class 4A Quarterfinal game against North Scott in four sets. ADM Athletic Director Rod Wiebers relishes the great season with the first state tournament birth since 2004.

“That was such a big hurdle for our girls to overcome and they played outstanding throughout the year and it was fun year all around just to be able to clinch the conference title and then being able to beat Dallas Center-Grimes to advance to the state tournament.”

The Tigers are losing five seniors from the 2023 team including Makayla Crannell, Kaylee Smith, Hanna Grossman, Marissa Gerleman, and Madison Siefken.
