Funeral Services for Glenn Carstensen, 91, of Jefferson will be 10:30 am Friday, July 26, 2024 at the Central Christian Church in Jefferson.  Interment will be at Jefferson Cemetery, Jefferson, Iowa.  Visitation with the family present to greet friends will be from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Thursday, July 25, 2024 at Slininger-Schroeder Funeral Home.  Memorials are suggested to the Floyd Brown American Legion Post #11 or the Central Christian Church. Online condolences may be left at www.sliningerschroeder.com.

Glenn is survived by his wife Joeline Carstensen; daughter, Linda Henning; sons, Gary (Carrie) Carstensen and Paul (June) Carstensen; grandsons, Justin Henning, Jeremy Henning, Jax Carstensen, Jayden Carstensen, Eli Carstensen, Brady Carstensen, Maddox Carstensen, Jacob (Nicolette) Miner, and Jerry (Melissa) Miner; granddaughter, Krista Henning; 4 great grandchildren; sister, Evelyn (Marcellous) Taylor; other relatives; and friends.
