It’s been a busy summer for the Guthrie County Extension & Outreach Office, and that will continue in the month ahead.

One of the next courses the Extension Office is offering is in relation to land leasing, where Guthrie County residents can learn about land values, rental rates, and projections of how values and rents might change in the coming years.

The cost to participate is $20 per person if you pre-register or $25 at the door the day of the class.  Attendees will receive a land leasing handbook with resource materials.

The class will be held Thursday, August 7th, at 6:30pm at the Extension Office in Guthrie Center.  To register, call 641-747-2276 and ask for Program Coordinator Mary Ebert.
