Work has begun in Panora for a retail store that will soon be coming to town.

Dollar General is expanding their presence in Guthrie County with a new location in Panora. According to documents with the city, a building permit was secured on April 18th, and groundwork has begun recently. The store is being built at 819 East Main Street.
