The Adair County Iowa State University Extension and Outreach will be one of the host sites for a Farmland Leasing and Management Workshop.

The Extension shared they will host one of the workshops on August 7th beginning at 9am. Topics of the workshop are to include results of recent cash rent and land value surveys, understanding types of farm lease arrangements, determining fair cash rent and improving tenant and landowner communications. There is a registration fee of $20, and individuals can register by calling Adair County ISU Extension at 641-743-8412 at least two days before the workshop.
