Greene County’s high school softball team competed the 2024 season with a 4-20 record. Base stealing was a strength as the team went 59 of 65 in stolen base attempts.. That’s a nearly 91% success rate.

Sophomore Addison Gannon led the team in steals with 14 and she was called out three times. Junior Payton Kokenge was a perfect 12 for 12 stealing bases, and junior Violet Reedy was six for six. Other stolen base leaders included sophomore Kaycee Pittman at six for seven, and freshman Bellah Johnson, who was six for eight, and freshman Kaliyah was five for five stealing bases. Freshman Sara Morlan was successful on all four of her stolen base attempts.
