The Jayettes are just one win away from making a State Tournament appearance.  Perry last appeared at the tournament in 2016.  To make a trip to Fort Dodge they’ll have to get by the powerhouse DCG.  The Mustangs own an impressive 31-8 record.  They are the top seed in the region and beat Carroll 15-0 on Saturday.  Perry upset Storm Lake 4-3 in the semifinal.  The 10-18 Jayettes will look for another upset tonight in Dallas Center.

Historically, DCG has owned this series.  The Mustangs have won 13 of the 14 meet ups.  The one win for the Jayettes was in 2016 when Perry beat them to get to State.  The Jayettes will try and do that tonight on KDLS and the Raccoon Valley Radio Sports Network.  First pitch is scheduled for 7P.
