A street closure in Dallas County will affect the City of Perry, starting on Monday.

The City of Perry advises that I-Court will be closed from Highway 141 to West Willis Avenue in order to work on concrete road reconstruction. According to the city, drivers are instructed to use Diagonal Road or Highway 144/1st Street during the time of the closure. 

The city is asking drivers to be mindful of the barricades set up and to drive around them, not through them as it causes a hazard for the employees. The closure is expected to last until Monday, July 29th and is being worked on between the City of Perry Public Works Department and Dallas County Secondary Roads.
