The Panora City Council met in regular session Monday night.

The Council heard from Panora Police Officer Derek Porsch about a gravel stretch of Northwest 3rd Street that individuals have been speeding, and he recommended placing two speed limit signs to help with enforcement. City Administrator Lisa Grossman will have the Public Works Department put up two signs with the speed limit to remain at 25 miles per hour.

The Council then heard the first reading of an ordinance restricting portable storage containers to industrial areas, then approved a development agreement with TDS Industries, LLC regarding the upper story Community Development Block Grant. They also approved loan documents with TDS Industries, LLC, which included mortgage, promissory note, assignment of leases and rents and a covenants form.
