The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Baseball team played a dominant game as they beat Norwalk 12-0 Tuesday evening to conclude the regular season.

The Tigers jumped on the Warriors early as they scored four in the bottom of the first inning. ADM would go on to add two more in the second inning, one in the fourth, two in the fifth, and three in the sixth inning. The Tigers’ Junior Grant Jansen finished 2-3 with an RBI Double and scored three runs. Cade Fisher was 2-2 with an RBI Single as he captured two runs, and it was Leyton Gerleman who went 2-3 and brought two runs across.

The other Tigers who scored included Rhylan Stine-Smith, Ethan Uglum, Grant Rychnovsky, Reed Ausdemore, and Hudson Lewerke. Pitching wise for ADM, Rychnovsky pitched three innings, and struck out six batters. Ausdemore went two innings, allowed one hit, and tallied one strikeout, while Cole Waddingham pitched one inning, walked two batters, and completed one strikeout.

The Tigers conclude the regular season at 15-14 overall (9-7 inside the Raccoon River Conference) and starts postseason on Friday in Ballard, beginning at 7pm. Raccoon Valley Radio will deliver the broadcast on K107.9 KKRF at 6:45pm.
