The Perry Bluejays Baseball picked up their 10th win Monday night against Des Moines North.

The Bluejays beat the Polar Bears 8-3 Monday night. Perry trailed 2-0 after the third inning, then tied the game in the fifth. The Bluejays would go on to score six runs in the sixth inning to separate themselves enough for the win. Junior Geren Kenney had three hits, scored one run, and added two RBI’s. Winning pitcher was Drake Levan, who pitched 5 1/3 innings with nine strikeouts.

Perry is now 10-17 on the season and host the Carroll Tigers for a non-conference matchup tonight. The game will tee off at 7:30pm and pregame will begin at 7:15pm as the broadcast will be on KDLS 94.3 FM.
