
The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn School Board met in regular session Monday night.
The board discussed several topics with Piper Sandler & Company including an engagement letter, financial services agreement, and a dissemination agent amendment. Other items on the agenda that were discussed included the 2022-2023 financial audit report, a College and Career Transition Counselor shared personnel agreement with ADM, the Perry School District, and Des Moines Area Community College.
Also, recommendations were made for the preschool, early literacy, special education federal, and supplemental state aid to the International Accounting Standards Board, as well as a renewal for the Annual Locate contract with Communications Innovators, a VSphere Refresh Statement of work from Heartland Business Systems, and approval of the Adel Police Officer Gordy Shepherd to provide security for the upcoming school year.
