The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Baseball team will receive extra rest as a tournament over the weekend was cancelled.

The Tigers were supposed to battle in the Glenwood Tournament this past weekend with a date against the Rams as well as a matchup with Sergeant Bluff-Luton on Saturday. The tournament was cancelled and ADM doesn’t have a game on the schedule until Wednesday. Last week, the Tigers won at Gilbert Monday 10-4, then lost to Boone 5-1 Wednesday, and responded with a 6-4 victory home versus Carroll on Thursday.

ADM is currently 11-10 overall (6-4 inside the Raccoon River Conference), placing them in fourth place. They will host the North Polk Comets, who leads the RRC on Wednesday, with first pitch at 7pm.
