The West Central Valley Wildcat softball team traveled to Southeast Valley to take on the Jaguars in varsity softball action. It was a closely fought battle, but the Jaguars took the lead in the bottom of the sixth and managed to secure a 12-9 victory over the Wildcats.

The Wildcats took the lead in the top of the second, scoring three runs but the Jaguars responded with 1 run of their own. Holding a 3-1 lead, the Wildcats scored 3 more runs in the third but the Jaguars responded again notching in 2 more runs. With the score at 6-3 going into the bottom of the fifth, the Jaguars scored 2 more runs bringing the score to 6-5 in favor of the Wildcats. The Wildcats would notch in their final 3 runs of the game in the top of the sixth, but the Jaguars would take the lead and secure the victory scoring 7 runs in the bottom of the sixth.
