Tomorrow is the second day of Stuart’s Good Egg Days.

Good Egg Days Committee Co Chair Kari Tisl says that things get started early, with sign up for the 5K run/walk at 7am, with breakfast and snacks provided by Los Altos and the Stuart Police Department, and the race will begin at 8am. She mentions that beginning at 9am, they will start lining up those participating in the parade on the street between the old Burger King and Casey’s General Store, with the West Central Youth Club setting up at Lawbaugh Park by the LC Clinic from 9am to 2pm, and inflatables in the kid zone open from 10am to 5pm.

Tisl explains there will also be a chance to ride zoo animals on the basketball court from 10:30am to 4pm, and that the parade will start at 11am. She tells Raccoon Valley Radio that there will be much entertainment once the parade is over.

“We have something going on at the gazebo after the parade until 8pm at night. So we’ll have plenty of entertainment for you. It’ll start off with Chancey Hill, that’s our local guy here. We’ve all heard of him. He’s got an awesome voice. After Chancey, there’ll be the talent competition. Please bring your kids and sign up, it should be a great day with that.”

Tisl shares that the Stuart Lions Club will serve lunch beginning at 11:30am, with Ag-4-All to set up behind the Raccoon Valley Radio station from noon to 2pm, along with a balloon twist artist and an airbrush tattoo artist being open from 12:30-2:30pm. She adds that from 1-4pm, there will be two face painters, and a caricature artist from 3-5pm. From 4-6pm there will be a one man band at the gazebo, with a cowboy country music band taking over from 6-8pm, and a street dance by Ruby’s Pub and Grill from 8pm to midnight.

Tisl also mentions that there will be plenty of food trucks operating throughout the day, and craft vendors selling their wares along the sidewalk through the park. Raccoon Valley Radio’s Big Red Radio will be on sight behind the radio station from 8am to 3pm.
