The West Central Valley Wildcat softball team traveled to Ogden yesterday to take on the Bulldogs in varsity softball action. The Wildcats set the tempo early, scoring 2 runs in the top of the first and 1 more run in the second. The Bulldogs responded and tied up the game, scoring 3 runs in the bottom of the second, then took the lead 4-3 in the bottom of the third. The Wildcats would respond and seal the coffin on the Bulldogs, scoring 2 runs in the fourth, 4 in fifth, 3 in the sixth and 1 final run in the seventh. With the score at 13-4 going into the bottom of the seventh, the Bulldogs scored 3 more runs but the damage was already done as the Bulldogs fell to the Wildcats 13-7.

The Wildcats prepare to take on Southeast Valley today at Southeast Valley with the action beginning at 7 PM.
