There’s only a month until the Adair County Fair, and those interested in attending can see what events will be going on.
Adair County Iowa State University Extension and Outreach Summer Intern Mikaela Downing says that the Adair County Fairbook is now available for the public to view, and tells Raccoon Valley Radio where it can be found.
“The fair book is available online for anybody that needs those, and you can find all the information for the fair at the Extension website. So everything on the fair book is available at the Extension website.”
Downing mentions that the fair will be from July 10th to 14th, and has many fun activities scheduled. From weigh-ins on Wednesday to the truck and tractor pull on Thursday, figure eight races on Friday and a demolition derby on Saturday, there are a multitude of events to watch or participate in. Those wishing to show or be in exhibits for the Adair County Fair must have the necessary items turned in by June 17th. A full list of events for the fair can be found at this link.
