The AC/GC Chargers had a big game yesterday, as they traveled to Papillion, Nebraska for their game.

The Chargers were the home team, as they faced off against the Woodward-Granger Hawks at Werner Park, home of the Omaha Storm Chasers. The Hawks collected two runs in each of the first two innings, while AC/GC was held scoreless. The Chargers then racked up three runs in the third, while holding Woodward-Granger to no runs in the inning. Unfortunately, AC/GC was unable to record any runs the rest of the game, while the Hawks picked up five in the fourth, and two in the fifth and sixth innings, ending the game with a 13-3 loss for the Chargers. Senior Andrew Mahaffey started off on the mound, and in later innings freshman Colton Clark took to the mound.
